ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will take a deep dive into tools that analyze dynamism, how those tools work, and how they generate confidence in their predictive capabilities. This, for those who know simulation, will likely be repetitive. For those new to the tools, I will provide examples of dynamic capacity analysis, matching, and management (DCAMM) use and how it can be incorporated into current Process and Performance Improvement (PPI) methodologies to produce more accurate and useful analysis.
