ABSTRACT
One of the most fundamental and important roles that any safety professional will have is that of “training.” The majority of safety professionals conduct training every day, whether in a formal classroom or conducting safety inspections or audits. Nearly every aspect of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)’s regulatory program requires that employees be adequately trained. It is for this reason that a chapter on training has been included.
