ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The development of knowledge and technology many equipments and method had been produced. The use of equipment or method were mean to help it own for ease to work, reduced the workload, reduced fatigue, increase the productivity and quality of products, increased of benefit, increased of well being, etc. In global period when the accelerated of development information and communication technology, distance to be shorten and the increased of traveling of human. Many equipments or method was carried out or exported from advanced industrial countries to other countries especially to industrial developing countries which are difference in many aspects from the produced countries. Even though the design of equipments and method are base on technology and economics considerations, so many equipments or methods not yet match to the user need or conditions such as the user education, environments, social value, culture value etc. As a result the employees quickly feel fatigues, work related musculoskeletal disorders, work related diseases, accidents, reduced of productivity, production high cost, and at the last reduce of well being. To overcome that problem the design of equipments or method should be meet to the user conditions and value, especially culture consideration. Because culture as a behavior in the human life, they have the value and as a motivated for the human daily activity.
