ABSTRACT

Virtual Reality (VR) is a modern technology that offers huge potential impact for improving people’s lives at home, work and school. Since introduced in the 1960’s, interest in Virtual Reality has escalated as people find uses for VR in architecture, interior design, medicine, education, training and many other industries. Initially, more attention was paid to the development of the technology and its potential application uses, so until recently very little research has been reported on usability and ergonomic issues associated with VR.
