What will they be? How do they, their layouts, their services, even their décor in˜uencepurchasing?Theimpactofsocialnetworkingonsearchingcustomerandconsumerneedsistooyoungevenfordigitalnativestoassessits fullimpactonknowingcustomersandconsumers;itisasyetan“unknown unknown.”
