ABSTRACT
Rasmusson spied with some amazement upon entering the conference room was George Wilkerson, University President. Wilkerson was deeply engrossed in a discussion with Sam Clavell, the Presidential Liaison, whom Rasmusson was also surprised to see, thinking he should be in Washington. Scanning the room, Rasmusson saw Ellie at the conference table, studying something with her retviewer. Edward Sanchez, director of the Ithaca College Compound, was talking to a man whom Rasmusson did not recognize at all. At this point, when Rasmusson’s curiosity was turning into bewilderment, the door behind him opened and Ngo walked in.
