This is a Gardner twist. While I can’t prove or disprove the existence of extraterrestrial life, I can learn what others think about extraterrestrial life and why.
Martin gives interesting and useful questions to think about, questions that sharpen our wits and our critical abilities, ones that develop our problem-solving abilities. Like Wittgenstein, Martin shows the trapped fl y the way out of the fl y bottle.
