ABSTRACT

An electromagnetic field theory was formulated by J. Maxwell in 1865 in the form of a system of differential equations generalizing all the fundamental laws of electromagnetic phenomena. Maxwell equations in a vacuum in the presence of the electric current with the density j and the electric charge with the density ρ are of the following form:
