ABSTRACT

Further, inasmuch as the “typical” post-blast scene may have two distinct phases: (1) the collection phase of physical evidence and (2) the investigative phase relative to the interview of witnesses, which are usually conducted by two investigative teams. One, the physical evidence collection team and the second, the eld investigators who canvas the geographic scene in eorts to locate and interview witnesses having relative information as to what happened. e tactical post-blast investigation incorporates both, conducted simultaneously, because time is of the essence as the investigators endeavor to get in and out before another attack.
