ABSTRACT
The majority of this book has focused on the activities associated with the analysis of complex work domains and the ensuing processes of designing displays and interfaces for them. We have described concepts and analytical tools to assist in the former and principles of design that serve to streamline the latter. An equally important set of activities that have not been addressed directly are those associated with evaluation.
