ABSTRACT
Purchasing, marketing, engineering, or designing an aircraft seat is far from simple. First of all, the aircraft seat is uniquely challenging. It is challenging because there is no other type of seat used by such a wide variety of body types in such a restricted space for such long periods. Additionally, the regulations governing aviation safety are very strict and absolutely compulsory.
