A court case involving WestLB produced 650,000 pages of evidence and cost $480,000 just for the specialist ™rms hired to recover the documents, and it was estimated the legal costs were $200,000 to 300,000 per month. It is very expensive, not to mention the IT personnel involvement and the shift from service delivery to unplanned work. že best approach is to manage unstructured information.
