ABSTRACT

With the spark having ignited the stakeholders, including core team members, the next action to take is Envision that is, revisiting the vision and developing a new or revised vision. Identifying stakeholders is necessary. But this may not be an easy task, for many reasons. Some stakeholders may be people or organizations that are not obviously stakeholders. Identifying stakeholders is not always easy, especially the key ones. There may be several reasons for this. One, the scope of the project may be so nebulous that just about any person or organization fits under the title of stakeholder. The project expended effort, regardless of effectiveness, to achieve the existing vision. Striving to satisfy the customer determines priorities based on goals, objectives, and requirements, which should emanate from the vision. That means constantly asking if the supply chain can be improved from the perspective of the customer.
