ABSTRACT
Amongst various cancer therapies, chemotherapy is one of the major treatment modalities along with debulking surgery (Gonzalez-Angulo et al. 2007; Matei 2007). However, cancer chemotherapy is o¹en complicated by toxic side eŸects of anticancer drugs. Despite advances in the development of new antitumor drugs, these drugs still cause signi™cant serious side eŸects (Lee et al. 2008).
