ABSTRACT
Many of the previous chapters in this book have been devoted to elaborating various technical aspects of rotary blasthole drills and associated drilling equipment viz. drill bits and drilling accessories. In some other chapters, topics such as interaction between rock formations and the drill bits, flushing of the blasthole etc. that are inseparably connected with rotary blasthole drilling have been discussed at length.
