Most of magnetic sensors are really sensors of ‘ux density of magnetic £eld*—there are some sensors that measure other values by magnetic principle, for example, magnetostrictive sensors of pressure. Figure 4.1 presents sensitivity ranges of the most commonly used magnetic eld sensors (MFS).
