ABSTRACT
The paper web produced without additional additives (water leaf) consists of hydrophilic ˆbers that make up a capillary system [1]. Due to both the capillarity and the hydrophilic nature of cellulose ˆbers, the paper sheet is very absorbent. The obvious nonuniformity of the paper can impact the product commercialization.
