ABSTRACT
Today, Amazon is striving to become a place where people can come to –nd and discover anything they might want to buy online. Its key pillars of abundant selection, great service, and low prices are interrelated in what the company calls a virtuous cycle, and together constitute the foundation of Amazon’s growth. As Figure 11.1 illustrates, through this virtuous cycle, Amazon has been able to realize important synergies that have contributed to sustaining and expanding its business model.
