ABSTRACT
There is no direct relationship between the diffusion kinetics in oxides, including TiO2, and their properties, such as photosensitivity, photoreactivity, and semiconducting properties. Nevertheless, knowledge of the diffusion data is essential for selection of optimized processing conditions to form metal oxides with well de›ned nonstoichiometry, defect disorder, and the related properties.
