One-Factor Models with a Blocking Variable

The data are stored in Data13x01.R as a data frame named BlockData. The variable  is assigned values 1, 2, and 3, and values for the variable  are 1, 2, 3, and 4. As mentioned earlier, in such cases it is a good idea to make sure these variables are defined as factors.
