ABSTRACT
In recent years, due to the increase of consumer’s demand for portable electronics of functional integration, the semiconductor technology has also been developing towards the trend of integration. Such as SoC (System on Chip) and SiP (System in Package) technologies are developed for fulfilling the requirement of integration.
