ABSTRACT
It might seem logical and smart-and I’ve never been accused of that-to at the beginning of this book deŽne some of the critical terms that will be repeatedly utilized (the term “risk” for example). I have made a conscious decision to delay such deŽnitions until Chapter 3 (no peeking, now!). So, you’re thinking, “Why would this guy start writing about things that he is yet to deŽne?” In my tiny and twisted mind, there is a compelling rationale to do so.
