ABSTRACT
The chemistry of boron has many facets. The pharmacological uses of boron compounds have been known for several decades. More recently it was found that some boron analogs of amino acids and their derivatives express hypolipidemic,1 anti-in§ammatory,2 antineoplastic,3 and antiostereoporotic4 properties.
