ABSTRACT
This chapter covers the issues that the vehicle users and service personnel experience with the vehicle exterior items during situations or operations such as opening the hood, servicing the engine, loading and unloading items in the trunk and cargo areas, refueling the vehicle, changing a ¤at tire, cleaning the vehicle exterior. The vehicle should be designed to assure that customers can do all such tasks easily and without any problems.
