ABSTRACT
In previous chapters, we discussed the general ideology and calculation algorithms of the theory of hierarchic oscillations and waves and the methods based on that ideology and those algorithms. However, as experience shows, most of them are not easily utilized for practical purposes. Moreover, while many physicists have an idea of the hierarchic-type methods, only some know how to use them in real practice.
