ABSTRACT
Introduction I have called this chapter “Delegation” as this is a common and wellunderstood way of talking about having “other people” carry out our responsibilities, but the chapter is really about reliance on other people and the extent to which we can rely on others to discharge our responsibilities for safety and health.
