Exceptions 11 through 16 and 19 are important and relevant to genealogists and, very possibly, to medical genetics researchers. Exceptions 14, 15, 20, and 23 are useful to surveyors and others concerned with real property in cases of disputed boundaries, titles, and so forth. I suspect that experts may even §nd an occasional use for the other parts of Rule 803, but I am unable to think of any.
