ABSTRACT

Passing over to the generalization of Lyapunov’s direct method, in the first place it is necessary to note that among its directions there are the following ones:

(a) the application of the method to simultaneous equations different from ordinary linear ones;

(b) the reduction of requirements to classical Lyapunov functions and their derivatives in view of equations of motion;

(c) the search of new classes of auxiliary Lyapunov functions.
