ABSTRACT
Different engineering systems with branched and flexible structures, such as aerospace systems, power networks, economic and ecological systems, are described by systems of equations of large dimensions, whose parameters are defined uncertainly. The presence of “uncertainties” in the mathematical model of a system of such kind essentially complicates the analysis of the stability of its operation.
