ABSTRACT
An informal and unstructured approach to manage such large teams is impossible. To manage such large sized teams, a structured and well-deˆned process and project management is a must [1]. ¡e entire process should also be very formal. A formal, rigid, and structured approach prevents chances of miscommunication and errors.
