ABSTRACT
Because climate change is a global phenomenon, it will take the concerted effort of every person on earth to solve the problem. Not just a select few, or one region, or even one country can slow and reverse the processes that have been put in motion. The most ef…cient way to get results from a global effort is to have it well thought out, organized, and mandated. Voluntary, disorganized efforts do not work. Humans have a natural tendency to “just let someone else take care of the problem” and think that it will simply go away.
