ABSTRACT
HDR imaging is a revolution in the field of imaging allowing, as it does, the ability to use and manipulate physically-real light values. This chapter introduces the main processes of HDR imaging, which can be best characterized as a pipeline, termed the HDR pipeline. Figure 2.1 illustrates the distinct stages of the HDR pipeline.
