- Value Stream Performance Measurements

The performance measurements required for Lean production cells were described previously in Chapter 3. This chapter addresses the performance measurements required for the value stream as a whole. The cell-level performance measurements are typically reported by the hour and by the day. Value stream performance measurements are typically reported weekly and show how the value stream is achieving its performance goals.
