ABSTRACT
Throughout this book we present value stream information in a box score. This concept appeals to our clients because it presents, in a concise way, Lean targets, as well as the key information that lets everyone know whether the value stream is on track toward these targets. Presentation of goals and targets in the same format allows all levels of the Lean organization to understand the effectiveness of Lean and what needs to be done to create improvement.
