ABSTRACT
Chapters 3 and 4 detailed the alternative and criteria selection. Recall Figure 3.1, which showed the list of criteria and alternatives. Weights were then elicited to rank the criteria relative to each other (see Figures 5.1-5.3), and best professional judgment (also known as expert opinion) was used to score the alternatives on those criteria (recall Figure 4.3).
