ABSTRACT
Even though I had read articles on di¢erent project methodologies early in my career, it was not until working on a project with a consulting ™rm that my eyes were opened to how other project methodologies worked. Up to that point I had used only the most common methodology, called waterfall or sometimes linear methodology.
