ABSTRACT
What should have been learned by now is that most everything can be improved upon with knowledge and processes-even existing project management methods. Let’s assume that project process can be modi™ed to improve the results. Going back to the 80-20 rule, 80% of the project methodology is rock solid and can be used for all types of projects and all type of business. It’s the other 20% of it, that can probably be changed to better ™t the type of business and project it’s being used for to ensure success.
