ABSTRACT
Quality control ensures that the performance of a project conforms to speci-Œcations and meets the requirements and expectations of the project stakeholders and participants. As the quote from Einstein suggests, expectations can be designed to act as a form of control. The objective of quality control is to minimize deviation from project plans. Quality control must be performed throughout the life cycle of a project-not by a single Œnal inspection of the product.
