ABSTRACT
On September 15, 2010, the U.K.’s chief spokesperson for policing addressed that nation’s conference of police superintendents. Speaking before the Superintendents Association Conference, the new Coalition Government’s Home Secretary* ‰eresa May outlined the government’s proposed “reforms” that, in her words, “some people have called the most radical changes in policing for at least 50 years.”
