ABSTRACT
This chapter covers several real-world applications of the QPSO algorithm, including inverse problems, optimal design of digital œlters, economic dispatch (ED) problems, biological multiple sequence alignment (MSA) and image processing, showing details of implementation aspects so that the readers may be better equipped with suitable knowledge of applying the algorithm.
