Fluorescent Nucleoside Analogs for Monitoring RNA–Drug Interactions

We describe new —uorescent nucleosides that are used to probe the binding of drugs to RNA targets and the interactions between proteins and RNA. Together with sensitive —uorescence-based techniques, such emissive nucleoside analogs can facilitate the study of nucleic acid dynamics, structures, and recognition.
