ABSTRACT

There are a number of solutions readily available to you today at home and at work-nontech solutions such as pen and paper, word of mouth, or a bullhorn. Most people have a phone, whether a landline, cellular, or VoIP service at home or at work, and atelevision. Many have access to acomputer, enabling them to use e-mail and Internet access. As you move up the continuum, an increasing number of communications tools for day-to-day use are available on demand for crisis communications. Several of the solutions will be discussed in the following text.
