Crisis communications is about dealing with natural, technological, and other man-made events. Hurricanes and tsunamis will happen, hazardousmaterial spills and —res will occur, and cyber-attacks and active shooter will affect your organization and community at some point. The challenge is developing and implementing effective crisis communication systems to advise of an event as early as possible, reaching as many affected individuals as possible.
