ABSTRACT
At some point in time, every organization will have an emergency of some sort and will necessarily have to respond to this emergency. As a consequence, having an established emergency management process that is able to meet the needs of the organization when emergency arises becomes very bene“cial to the organization. For large complex organization, regulations require the existence of a well-maintained IMS within the organization.
