ABSTRACT
Workplace health and safety are of tremendous importance to every organization and industry. Health and safety provide one of the greatest opportunities for enhancing value creation in the workplace through direct and indirect cost reduction, reduced numbers of incidents, and the unquanti“- able bene“ts of a motivated and safe workforce. Providing a healthy and safer workplace is not only a legal requirement but also a moral obligation of all leaders, and deliberate failure to do so should not go unpunished.
