ABSTRACT

Recent research indicates that it takes sixty-six days on average to form a habit, though the range spread between eighteen and two hundred fifty-four days (Lally et al., 2010). Setting the right expectation early on coupled with continuous enforcement and coaching will help determine how soon the behaviors become part of the habitual routine amongst the team.
