ABSTRACT
The evaluation of the resonances and the stability of a rotating system is an important part of engineering dynamics. In particular, the Campbell diagram is the tool of visualizing the resonance points of a rotor. Because the Campbell diagram depends on whether the system is analyzed in the fixed or the rotating system, we first discuss some modeling considerations.
