ABSTRACT
Despite the fact that graphene was discovered recently, its structure, properties, and applications have already been generalized in a series of monographs3-6 and reviews7-10 (among which we note an excellent work of Mullen on graphenes as potential material for electronics11). Various patents are dedicated to obtaining graphenes.12-14 Among experimental works, we note a number of investigations of Novoselov,15-19 who precisely discovered this material. At present, the area of graphene is one of the most popular topics in physics and nanotechnology.20
