ABSTRACT
A transaction represents a bundle of defective pipes and the value of attribute 1 is the weight of the bundle. Arriving defective pipe is stored in a queue. €e transporter is also represented by a transaction. €e time to load and unload the pipe is re©ected in delay times to and from the repair facility.
