ABSTRACT
Even though 32 weeks might sound like a long time, it is really not much, especially to complete all you wish to accomplish in this course. It is pretty typical for an industry project, too, to not have enough time to do all that you would like to do. That is why it is important to be organized and focused. Earlier, we mentioned that you need good project management tools and skills to be most effective. This chapter will describe a model containing such tools, skills, and advice that has been used by many biomedical engineering senior design teams, several of whom have written patents, or even started their own company based on their project.
